We are practically in the backyard of the downtown medical district. We know long shifts mean you don't have time to wait around a lobby, so we're making car care as frictionless as possible for our hospital neighbors.
Drop your car off before your shift, walk to the hospital, and pick it up when you clock out. To celebrate our grand opening, your first oil change is completely free.
The Offer: One Free Premium Oil Change. Includes up to 5 quarts of full synthetic oil and a premium filter. Or, if you need something else (brakes, suspension, whatever) we’ll give you the best price in town and then take $80 off of that for your first visit.
How to Claim:
Fill out our Intake Form and select "Hospital Offer" under the Pre-Authorization section.
Text us at 502-694-2096 from the same phone number you used on the form to request your appointment day.
Drop your car and keys off before your shift. (Must present a valid Downtown Hospital/Medical District Employee ID at drop-off).
Walk to work, crush your shift, and pick up your car at the end of the day!
Bonus: Every visit includes our standard safety inspection.
*THE FINE PRINT:
1 - APPOINTMENT ONLY: We aren’t the huge corporate shop, we can only do three or four of these free oil changes per day while we also do the larger repairs we specialize in. I expect us to book up a couple weeks in advance for this offer, so if we can’t get you in soon enough for this oil change, consider requesting an appointment for your next oil change to be free.
2 - DROP-OFF ONLY: We don’t generally do oil changes, but we also want to take care of our neighbors. Oil change protocol will be: Drop off the morning of your appointment, or the day before if that’s easier for you; It will be completed before the end of your appointment day. You can pick it up after it’s completed, or the next day if that’s easier for you.
3 - INTAKE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND INFO MUST MATCH TEXT MESSAGE: You must fill out required portions of this intake form, select “Hospital Oil Change” under the Pre-Authorization section and then text us at 502-694-2096. The phone numbers must match. I know, it’s a pain. I’m sorry.
4 - $80 VALUE - This is full synthetic oil, 5 qts will cover 90% of cars, and honestly we aren’t even going to sweat an extra quart for you all with trucks or bigger cars. But, (I’m looking at you, guy who drives the Maserati every day at the Pavilion) there has to be a limit. If we have to order a gold-plated oil filter straight from Europe, or your truck takes 3 gallons of oil, we’ll just apply the $80 value as a discount toward your service.
5 - ELIGIBILITY: - ONE (1) per customer. Must present valid hospital or medical facility ID at drop off (not pickup). But, if you saw the ad and live or work within a few blocks of us we got you, the main goal is to meet our neighbors.
